Welcome to ‘Strandlyckan’, our idyllic cottage that we rent out most of the year when we are not using it ourselves. Although located remote in the forest it is only 1.5 km to Åseda town with good shopping and public transport The house is newly renovated and modernly furnished with good facilities. A suana has just been added under the terrace providing a panoramic view of the lake from the sauna The house is located all by itself in the forest as the only house by Gassjön, with its own bathing and boat bridge and associated private sandy beach with sandy bottom in the bathing area. The home has a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as a washing machine, hot air pump and wood stove. There is a large living room with high ceilings, 2 smaller bedrooms with a double and triple bed respectively. In addition, a guest cabin with 2 sleeping places. In the lake there are good fishing opportunities for pike and perch. Free access to: - 5 old Bicycles - Fiberglass rowing boat - Life jackets for adults and children Possibility to use paddle boards and fish angler package if you add the booking option Other things worth noting and house rules: We use the house very often ourselves and it is our own things that are in the house that you are welcome to use. We then expect you to take good care of the things and the furniture as if it were your own. The house must be tidied up and cleaned as it was when you arrived. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. The water in the taps can be drunk with a newly installed central water filter. Electricity consumption is settled separately after stay 3 DKK / 0.4 Euro per. KW. Note that there are factories on the other side of the lake approx. 1 km away. There must therefore be expected to be weak noise from ventilation systems during certain periods. If you are looking for a house with total tranquility, then we do recommend that you book our house 'Kyrkenäs' instead.
